Life as Source of Meaning

The path we follow every day is not always the one that we have in mind in likely situations. The twists and turns of life take place more often than we expect. As far as life is concerned, it is not time for humans to have control over it, however, it is life that subtly controls human being. This is a preface to be kept in mind, so human being doesn´t waste so much time and energy trying to fool life and himself. It is not man who owns existence, but existence that commands man, although he has always the possibility to induce its interferences.

In this line and still in a register about the self-consciousness, it is intended to be taught that the choices based on man´s free will influence not what life has to offer him, but what man has to offer life. This means that human being leads himself as such, and the consequences that come from that aren´t always the most desirable ones, while life, as a result of the choices, postures and actions made by man, will act accordingly.

Therefore, it is not wise to blame life events for the accumulated misfortunes, because at this point is human being that must take the responsibility for his own actions in all the existential process.

There are moments that disillusionment, sadness, discouragement take hold of men and women. The state of feeling they often send themselves to is understandable. However, it is beneficial to be aware that "life" - in the ascent of the word - is caring and helpful to those who open themselves to it. Life is not a stepmother, but a Mother. It is good to be grateful for life; it places man before certain circumstances to strengthen them. Life does not punish, life loves and welcomes. In the path through experience, where setbacks are found all over the world and in the human existence in the modern times we live in, men, women and even children really need to be strengthened so they can prevent themselves to sink into pain, suffering and despair.

Under such circumstances, life sweetly and gently approaches with an aid intervention that is still misunderstood by humanity. Nothing is given to man that he is not able to endure. Life aims to teach the lesson of "adaptation" to circumstances and challenges that man himself brings to life. The state of "life" does not forget. It teaches the sense of responsibility that each person must have for his/her own actions.

Be Aware of Yourself

In addition to stress, the world is submerged in a wave of unbridled competition, where human values ​​are repressed, the dignity of being and existence are disturbed and the purposes are consistently exceeded. What contribution comes with it? In this wave of manifestation, presumably people should be satisfied, glowing, happy and smiling. Presumably!

In contrast, the attitudes chosen to mark the existence – of disrespect and moral violence against the emotional, psychic and physical integrity of man  –  bring dissatisfaction, a feeling that something is always missing and existential void.

Competition is, so to speak, the result of personal devaluation which man throws himself to. In this line, by not valuing himself as a complete "being" with innate abilities, with all his faults and virtues and with the certainty of purpose of life to be achieved, man will never be able to respect the “being” of others with all their exposed similarities. When honored, the power of the word opens the doors to situations of empathic communication between equals, i.e., from man to man (from being to being ), by releasing their anxieties, fears and insecurities; what we can infer from this act is that everyone moves in the same raft, toward the same destination, materially speaking. By acknowledging this, an openness of consciences is provided against attitudes considered as not being the best ones.

By allowing yourself to be aware that the fears of some are the same of others, the anxieties of some are the same for others, the insecurities of some are the same of others ... the ability to respect everyone in unison and appreciate each other takes place; yes, competition carries on, but  in a healthy way, respecting each other´s space and freedom.

When this point of heightened awareness is reached, the next task goes through another higher stage - the inner search, which gives meaning to life and what man is in its fullness. The awareness of the self. This is a hard work, considering the materiality of the senses which human beings are wrapped in, yet this work is not an impossible mission. All for a greater cause. Your cause.

Noetic: Wisdom in Life

The knowledge is being passed on the right time. Patience is one of the virtues which everyone, without exception, has been presented with. For each person´s sake, it is necessary to make this a food to be daily digested. This is a vitamin for a good and healthy existential evolution.

The meaning of life lies on the basis of what man is and therefore the "existence" is the prerogative of the human being. Through the cultivation and education of the state of “patience”, this act immediately generates a conveniently recommended health state, that is, a healthy physical, mental, emotional and moral development.

The hustle and bustle of our days often culminates in so-called "stress” situations. It is known beforehand that this state, which only happens because a person allows it, does not bring any solvable solution. On the contrary, "stress" prevents the constructive action for the decision making that people face every day, either they have to make small or big decisions. Stress overshadows clarity of thought, feeling and action. It causes inertia! Why inertia, if a state of self “stress” (no one causes it) is supposed to electrify a person? It is simple. This state of emotion does not allow insight; it overshadows the vision and  hearing and paralyzes the action. Stress generates impatience.

These altered states potentially lead people to be dominated by situations, instead of people dominating them, converging people to an involuntary, but allowed, imprisonment, due to the lack of self-control. The most likely situations which people deal with will be regarded as “fish that bites its own tail”.

Inertia in action is then implanted, the focus on the more convenient and true sense of purpose is diverted, the heart starts beating faster, breathing is puffy, sweating comes, tension arises and the impotence is settled. Damage to health emerges and one more problem is acquired.

For the sake of everything, it is important to reflect where the gains and losses from life´s adopted postures are. It should be pointed out that, with or without stress, life does not stop, it always continues its journey onward. Being time timeless, this also has a set time. It is then up to each person to choose how to "live" their time. Buying disease or gaining health?

In Search of Health

For everything in life you need “connection”, whichever is the medium, circumstance, context, everyday life, family space, leisure, work, social environment or communication you move in. For anything and for everything that man touches, either in a touched, spoken or heard form, he needs connection.

Connection is the sense of doing something towards a particular purpose, to which man´s delivery is honest and based on a nature that touches man´s deepest internal content. This means that man is made of material substance and fluidic veins. While material substance is available to anyone, fluidic veins are only available in those ones who feel them with their essence.

Through material substance, where is found a certain number of human body organs, man lives. He walks, talks, hears, smells, feels, touches, nourishes, all these in an automated and materialized way, as appropriate. On the other hand, fluidic veins are intangible and only felt in the depth of the being, giving meaning to existence at its highest level. It is through this fluidic part of human construction that man connects himself with material needs.

The connection has in itself a core of subtlety, sustainable lightness, wellness, peace and delivery, never the opposite. If this was the case, it wouldn´t be "connection". The passion that arises in any activity is perfectly in tune with what comes from within…and if it comes from within the connection is present.

So that man can find himself as a "whole", in a fusion between material substance and fluidic veins that he is made of and whatever he touches makes sense, even if his very presence, the act of being connected is the key to transformation, making his days become color and light. However, this connection is not even tangible with religiosity. This is another department. It is rather an act of love that can be placed in every particle of existence and in everything that man does and constructs for his dignified survival, an act of a human being who, above all, guides himself by moral and existential values with reflects on his physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level. By "spiritual" we mean man as a unique being, with his singularity, fears, desires, sorrows and joys - everything.

Science has not yet entered on this side of human composition. They try to walk around, but yet so far. “The act of being in connection versus interiority." There are many benefits that contribute to all necessary health issues, so the diagnosis of "healthy" may be in its true sense of the word. IN A WHOLE.

Combining the previous chapters and putting into practice every pretense of teaching that are contained in them, the state of "connection" through a discipline, without any madness, ultimately and naturally emerges, since this act is a sum of all the others.

The Meaning as Transformation

The real act of feeling is perhaps the most forgotten skill that human beings have. As "feeling” is innate to man, this goes to the line of automatons that man knows really well how to create, leadind to unpleasant  feelings. The "shallow feeling" comprises a whole range of different emotions.

In embarrassing situations, the state of anger, hatred, dislike, revenge, contempt, bitterness, among others, is easily activate. In more flattering and beneficial situations, the reverence, the joy, enthusiasm and pride arises, however, these feelings don´t stop being superficial in its content - they are tangible, visible and even idolized.

Let us focus on the act of "feeling" in its truest and greater meaning, in its depth: the "feeling" that the eyes of the soul of every human being can see. This is the essence in all its fullness.

As human being is the most beautiful and perfect work of God, all man´s essence is stamped with His mark. If so - and it is - man has the ability to transform the feelings that are not felt into prosperous, compassionate, understanding, grateful, benevolent, delivering, caring, sharing and merciful feelings. All men, without exception, are at birth carriers of all these benefits which are, however and oddly enough, more profitable to himself than to others.

This side of the "feeling" is not material and does not express itself in the polite and convenient power of the words; it does not manifest itself in a simple "I understand" or in a "best days are coming" or "tomorrow will smile" or a "thank you", sometimes not even felt. These interventions are beautiful in its convenience, but conventional in its value, and the only one that profits from this is the person who is saying it, thinking that has done his/her part  and therefore feeling good about him/herself, but this is pure ego.

The real feeling manifests itself in the constructive, applied, nurtured, and developed "action". This action does not require a "thank you", a self-sacrificing action, gratuitous in its form; this action comes out from the purest core of the heart and is really "felt."

It would be beneficial to mankind - in line with what has been said - if man could expand his horizons and start being sincere and honest with himself, not underestimating neither the intelligence nor the condition of other people, as has been assiduously happening. Others can see much more than one can imagine. The lines are not invisible.

The feeling we are addressing here today is the "feeling with the heart," not with the mind and even less with the ego. When putting this feeling into action, don´t look at others expecting a compliment or a reward, no matter shape it has, since the good intention of the action will fade away. Just feel with the senses of the heart, transforming and practicing the action ... in a very simple and free way. Life will bring you the compensation.

The Encounter with the Meaning

It is known that globalization has taken possession of time and this is passing too quickly. There is no time for what matters most.

In his path, man needs to ensure his material survival. It is commendable that he does so with due commitment. This is a responsibility that has to be taken considering man´s free will.

However, there are conscious choices, where the sense of purpose is present and dignify the human condition in the content where these choices fall. Also, in the face of the excessive competition which man goes to and lets himself to be dominated by, many of his choices are disproportionately unconscious, without foundation, devoid of content, dignity and no sense. When these inconsistencies show disrespect toward others, violence takes place. Violence of words, personal, mental, moral, attitude and physical violence that leads to a irreversible damage at the spiritual level.

PEACE, what a sweet, beautiful word, so full of meaning, so enlightened and supposedly so unreachable. Why? The firmament is formed by the universe. In this the stars and planets levitate, and among them, the planet Earth. This planet is made up of all living beings: animal, vegetable, mineral, human beings. Of all these beings, God was particularly generous with one - THE HUMAN BEING. Human being owns a multitude of skills at all levels, expressing himself through the senses; he has the gift of intelligence, creativity, construction, invention, possession, all in a rationalized way, unlike other living beings that communicate and move through instincts, irrationally. The human being thinks, but the animal does not.

By holding so high skills, man owns his freedom too, no matter what shape it has. Man uses freedom for his own advantage and convenience and makes his own choices, forgetting, however, that in the space he moves, these choices may interfere with the choices of fellow travelers.

He forgets that "PEACE" is also a choice he can make. When misfortune, discord and war takes place, whether at home, workstation, street, city, nation and ultimately in the world, this sequence is simply the rotation and reflection of what goes on inside each person. In other words, the global peace does not exist if the human being is not at peace, if he does not conquer his own inner peace.

By not being at peace with himself, he sends this state of meaning to people around him; on their turn, if they don´t cultivate inner peace, they will reflect this on others around them, and so on, until the planet is infected by the state of "NON PEACE", which is but a reflection of the internal condition of every human being as an individual. The result is the boomerang effect.

One should realize that the peace world depends on the state of peace of the conscious and rational beings that inhabit it. In turn, this peace depends on the state of inner and individual peace inside each person. After each person have done his/her part, the desired peace – this beautiful and seemingly unattainable word– will be at the reach of humankind.

It's so simple! Why complicate? The state of the world is a reflection of the state of its inhabitants. How many problems would be solved, how much hunger and thirst would be satiated, how many diseases would be cured, how many shelters would be provided, how much joy would be created if man would come down from his pedestal of arrogance and build peace, his inner peace, whose positive effects for the universe would be not accessible to human perception. Everything resonates. Everything!

Building inner peace is the greatest thing that men and women can do for themselves, knowing beforehand that this harmonious task will expand to their "home" - the PLANET EARTH - and everything that it entails. Love is present here. Always in the name of Love.

A Constructive Look

Whatever the eyes have to say, they worth more than all the words Man can pronounce. The Expression of the look can be crystalline or rude, undisguised and genuine in its content.

Whoever thinks he or she can deceive others through well-rehearsed, polished, well-placed, well applied words is mistaken, whether these words are gentle or overwhelmingly sharp. The words are misleading, but the look never is. The eyes show the deepest state of the soul.

Let us focus on the sweet, candid look, on the look that expresses all the power of love that inhabits the soul. The human being is so grandly mysterious in its constitution. Every particle, every cell, every bubble of oxygen, every organ, every gesture…. the plenitude of God's most perfect piece of art is not reachable by the physical eye.

What greater gift could Man receive as an irrefutable proof of great, unconditional, all-forgiving love? PERFECTION. Love and forgiveness go hand in hand, one doesn´t exist without the other and they can be expressed through the tenderness of a look, even though the visible body may suggest otherwise.

There´s no place for bitterness when you hear something you don´t want to, because behind the words there may be a sensitive and loving heart. One must learn to see deep inside the eyes of the other, but should not stop listening to his/her own eyes, since is where the real message lies.

The expression "the eyes are the mirror of the soul" is real and insurmountable, yet so easily forgotten. Man has weaknesses immersed in truths that are built and nurtured by himself. These truths lead to excessive judgment, charges and violent acts committed in many different forms. Man still doesn´t know himself truly, wasting the opportunities that are given to him to rediscover himself. Yes, rediscover ... don´t be surprised! Man is, was and always will be the soul that cyclically comes and goes and that has seen and lived extensively.

Through this pure, crystalline look directed not only to the exterior, but  especially to the interior, insistently, peacefully and patiently you will discover the essence of your "deepest being" and, in doing so, you will also discover the essence in the look of the other "being".

In the eyes of God, all human beings are equal, there is no fruitless discrimination. We must take this example of love and make it the point of light that will guide and transform the beings, from whose eyes comes the love for oneself and for the others that together inhabit the terrestrial orb.
